going on the studio

Sometimes you can get so busy and overwhelmed with life that you forget to blog.I neeed to post more so you all can keep coming back.Recently an oppurtunity presented itself to me and I did not move foward because of self doubt about money issuses not thinking i would not have enough cause i knew this gift would require funds i turned it down.thinking maybe i would get a second chance .but as i thought about it more i realized that i did not beat myself up over it and that in it self was good for me.I realize we can stop ourselves from the new things that are in store for us by doubting ourselves based on lack of this or that.if you have had that same gift presented to you and you blew it! forgive yourself and move foward and learn that as long as you keep moving foward it may come around again and you may be better prepared next time:)) take it easy on yourself!!:)

when i was a little girl

When I was a little girl I alwayes wanted to make dolls.it took me all this time after finding blogs looking around here and there i fell in love wanting to create these little lives that would come alive for a little girl as it did for me when I was little.I'm now in my 30's realizing the dream of making dolls.it's never to late to go after whatever dreams you may have in your hear to make happen .no matter how long it's been it's never 2 late!!:)I remember buying doll magazines going to special doll stores with my mom and sisters when I was little always seeing the pretty faces the way the dresses were made.making my own barbie clothes thinking i would be the next Calvin Klein:)) now i'm seeing that dream come alive after so long.I just love knowing that it's never 2 late 2 create:))

Classic

I can watch this movie over and over again it's so classic and creative all at the same time.I never knew much about quilting but after seeing this movie I fell in love with the idea of creating one.I foound this movie awhile back and never even heard of it watch it with my sisters all the time.it's like a rare treasure that you find:)and you were not even looking.
